Returns and Refunds Policy

At Athmonk, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our Returns and Refunds Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Return Window: You may return most items within 7 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.


 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  - Custom or personalized products

  - Clearance or final sale items

  - Items marked as non-returnable in their product descriptions


Return Authorization: To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Please contact us at mail@athmonk.com to request an RMA number.


2. Return Process

Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt and the RMA number inside the package.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. 

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to verify its condition. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.


3. Refunds

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [7-10 business days] after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund.

Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.


4. Exchanges

Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Damaged or Defective Items
